Forced circulation crystallizer,also know as external heating forced circulation evaporating crystallizer. It is composed of a tubular heater, evaporative crystallizer, forced circulation pump and top and bottom circulation pipelines.

Forced circulation crystallizer is easy operation and simple control, the crystals produced are between 0.15-0.3mm. The evaporative crystallizer should be 4-6meters higher than the heater, to ensure the no crystals separated in the heat exchange tubes so as to prevent tube plugging.
