Principle
Vacuum evaporation Crystallization Equipment is continuous inlet and outlet, is different from crystallization in batch, and has advantages of smaller floor space, higher labor productivity, less energy consumption, better crystal quality, uniform and adjustable particle size.
Three types of Vacuum evaporation Crystallization Equipment : FC type Vacuum evaporation Crystallization Equipment, FC type Vacuum evaporation Crystallization Equipment DTB type Vacuum evaporation Crystallization Equipment.
FC type Vacuum evaporation Crystallization Equipment,also know as external heating forced circulation evaporating crystallizer. It is composed of a tubular heater, evaporative crystallizer, forced circulation pump and top and bottom circulation pipelines.
FC type Vacuum evaporation Crystallization Equipment is easy operation and simple control, the crystals produced are between 0.15-0.3mm. The evaporative crystallizer should be 4-6meters higher than the heater, to ensure the no crystals separated in the heat exchange tubes so as to prevent tube plugging.
OSLO type Vacuum evaporation Crystallization Equipmentaslo know as fluid-bed type or cystals growing type. The fulid-bed area is available for crystals growing, the crystals produced is larger than FC type and DTB type produced.
OSLO type Vacuum evaporation Crystallization Equipment is consisted of a heater, a condenser, a evaporative crystallizer, an axial flow pump and circulation pipelines. And the evaporative crystallizer is devided into central circulation tube (fluid-bed layer), evaporating zone and crytal growing zone.
DTB type Vacuum evaporation Crystallization Equipment is a turbulent flow crystallizer complete with a draft tube and baffle. It is versatile continuous crystallizer , is best model for both vacuum evaporative crystallization and vacuum flash cooling crystallization.
A DTB type crystallizer is composed of a heater, an evaporative crystallizer, a circulating pump, a vertical axial flow pump, crystallizing zone, evaporating zone and mother liquor zone. It produce larger particle than FC type crystallizer produced, unifrom and smooth, size between 0.2-1.2mm. Different products have different crystal sizes, adjustable within certain range.
DTB type crystallizer is complex in structure design, vacuum evaporative crystallization has a heater and a condenser and vacuum flash cooling crystallization has a crystallization chamber.
