Product Feature
Strong & Protective Fan System
The fan sucks in cold air, via the inside heat exchanger, blows out warm/hot air. The outlet temperature rises from 27℃ to 40℃ takes 2 minutes, continues to rase up.
The fan also functions as the heat exchanger's protector. It keeps sucking in cold air until the exchanger's temperature drops to the setting. Drop from 54℃ to 40℃, takes 2 minutes 15 seconds.

The inside exchanger's material is 304 stainless steel; wholly sealed- safe and durable; the reference service time is five years.
How Long To Reach 100℃
The hot air outlet, raise from 26 to 100℃ takes 6 minutes 26 seconds
Long-Distance Heat Transfer
Four-pieces air hoses come with KVH6000 Oil Heater.
The temp from the end of the 3 meter hot air hose, raise from 29 to 48℃ takes 2 minutes, continues to rase up.
Waste Oil System
Integrated waste oil system- oil storage & heating tank, pump & filter system, burner, deodorization device are already on the heater.
Less oil consumption: KVH6000 heater consumes 6-7 Liter oil per hour.
Air Compressor System
Each working period uses 2 bar compressed air, which takes one minute 30 seconds—thirty seconds to raise compressed air from 5-7 bar, the left one minutes for burner's consumption. After compressed air reduces to 5bar, the air compressor starts to work again.
How Long To Melt 200g Ice Block
The first three minutes

The ice block can’t see its shape anymore and melt completely to water.
It takes 14 minutes 30 seconds to melt 200g ice block completely. Waste engine oil consumption is 1.75L.
What's The Smoke Temp
We first tested the smoke temperature on 30th April 2020. Four minutes the smoke temp rise from 31 to 260 Celsius. The rising speed is fast.

We took this second video on 22nd March 2021, in which the heater has an updated smoke construction.
You can see that the smoke temp rises from 31 to only 140 Celsius in the same four minutes, which means smoke has a slower pass speed, which leads to less heat loss. The heater's current heat efficiency is around 90%.
