Technical information: 

 

Part one: mainframe

1. The main machine configuration adopts 20mm steel plate and steel tube to brace
2. Driving-shell adopts 2.0 mm armor plate
3. unwinder and rewinder are installed in the main configuration
4. PLC Control
5. automatic load and unload system
6. Active feeding system

Part two: unwinder part (first, second unwinder) 

1. Adopt one position unwind
2. Adopt one set of 25N·M magnetic powder brakes. 2 sets
3. The pneumatic expanding shaft of unwinder 3″ ,the core diameter:76mm

     4. both unwinders adopt ultrasonic edge correcting devices, total 2 sets

     5. Unwinder adopts stable tension controller. 2 sets(EPC)

 

Part three: rewinder 

1.Adopt one position rewind.

2.The rewind tension adopts a set of 50 N.M magnetism clutch

3.The axes of unwinder adopt 3″pneumatic expanding shaft, the diameter of paper tube is 76mm

4.The length of rewind can be changed manually or automatically

5.Rewinder adopts manual tension controller. 1 sets

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

Installation: the seller will send for an engineer for installation if customer need. The charge of accommodation, food and round air-tickets, salary USD60 per day for engineer should be paid by the buyer. The normal period of installation is within 3 days, the buyer needs to delay unless special condition.

Delivery Time: within 60 working days after we receive the deposit
