Scotle BGA IR6000 rework station is widely used in electronic repairing, such as cell phones, desktop, switch , PS3, Wii, Xbox 360 reballing and some other areas such as SMD reworking . It uses advanced infrared technology and can give even heat distribution and can protect your eyes.
Scotle BGA IR6000 rework station has two temperature zones, top zone is 450W ceremic plate heater and bottom zone is made up of three ceramic plates 600W each, total power is around 2400W.There is a steel mesh upon the bottom zone which makes heating more even.Temperature rises quicker and more steadily than ACHI IR6000.It can help finish desoldering in about 5 minutes.

- Can set up 8 different rising and constant temperature segments.
- Can store 10 groups of temperature profiles at one time.
- Can be widely used in leaded or lead free SMD BGA reworking.The max temperature can rise to 400°C.
- Equiped with advanced OMEG K-type temperature sensor which has high efficiency and accuracy,capture the actual temperature at any time.
- Equiped with linear-guided PCB Bracket,can fix and adjust the PCB board by the handls.
- Alert 10 seconds in advance before the temperature profile run to finished.
- High integration designed. Smaller workbench, non-mixed cables, the convenient operation, and all the process of soldering are controlled by a button.
- Has safe power switch.When something wrong like overload,it will power off automatically,protect your machine from being burned and prolong the lifespan.
