Kaq series rotary vial washing machine is small washer which our company recommends to our customer in recent years. It is suitable for small batch production and sample drug production in laboratory. The suitable bottles are ampoules, vials, plastic bottles and straight bottles.

4. Working principle:
This machine consists of conveyor, bottle feeding manipulator, water and air filter and washing needle. Coarsely washing is conducted by the first 2 working station to wash the inner and outer wall of the bottles. Finely washing use purified water, wfi and compressed air to wash the inner and outer wall of the bottles alternately. It reaches the qa standard of pharmaceutical company for packing bottles.

Washing process: the bottles come through conveyor, screw conveyor, star wheel and then to the pliers in the turntable. The manipulators will rotate the bottles by 180 degree, and then the needle will spray water and air alternately by tracing the bottles. Finally, the manipulators will rotate the bottle by 180 degree again and then push them to the bottle reclaiming tray.
 

5. Characteristic:
Small volume, easy operation.

Water and air come through separate 0.2Μ and 0.45Μ filter, clean degree is high.

“3 Water,3 air”alternated rinser designing more reasonable.

Contact part with water and air is made of stainless steel or silicone rubber and ptfe, no peel off or contamination.

Wfi water consumption is low, can used as circulation water.
