PRINCIPLE FEATURE


HIGH SPEED AUTOMATIC NEEDLE LOOM KYF SERIES
● To meet the market requirement of KYF series of fabric needle are elevated for the clients to from2 to 12 lines concurrent weaving:from the smallest width 3mm to the maximum width of 110mm; various thickness from gauze tape to heavy tape. Responding to the requirement of the clients,machine in various width are designed to coordinate with the factory and product.
● Precision-processed materials, solid and practical for endurable year round service. Intensive quality of machine in
lowdepreciation is qrovided to generate high economic efficiency for the clients.
● Automatic lubrication device and automatic tension feeding system provide effective control over high quality of fabric while saving time and labor for the user.
● Using drive belt and change gear to perform stabilized transmission of bottom weft and hence providing wider range of fabrics which is more superior in quality.
● Convertible machine parts supported with various devices to provide wider range of fabrics multi-requirement for single machine as well.
● For width 880mm type machine,heald frame in double-load,double-shedding lever, twin pattem chain transmission,configuration of shaft and gears have been reinforced.
