Instruction:

 

· Put the mouth tray in boiling water for 12-15 seconds(Just 11 seconds for wearing braces)  

 

·  Brush teeth for preparation of using it.And then put proper whitening gel into the tray first.

 

· Carefully place it around all upper teeth.Bite down firmly. Use fingers to press 

 

mouth tray tight against your gums. 

 

·  If you do not get a proper fit at the first time,and repeat the procedure. 

 

· Rinse the mouth tray under cold water for seconds after using.

 

· You can remove the excessive material which cause discomfort.
