1. The machine uses PLC control, and human-machine interface operation. It's automatic and manual optional.

 

2. The upper and lower working tables use electric c ontrolled permanent magnetism system, which can maintain the magnetic force when power is shut off. Only simple magnetizing and demagnetizing steps should be taken for operation. The electric power could be shut off after magnetization process is finished, without losing magnetic force. And there is no demagnetizing occurs by doing so. When the machine is in working condition, there is no power needed. So this machine featrues energy saving and operation safe.

 

3. The machine uses unique vibration absoption system and the hydraulic impact is minimized, which ensures equipment precision.

 

4. The machine has low-voltage protection function and has fast pressing function, which enables good red lead pressing effect.
