Appearance: Dark brown liquid. Mild, solvent odour.
Vapour Pressure: 0.006mPa(25°C)
Solubility: Water - about 0.5 mg/kg 25°C. Miscible with organic solvents such as acetone, benzene,ethanol heptane and methanol.

Mode of Action

Non-systemic acaricide with predominantly contact action;
some additional action by inhalation.

Characteristics and Uses

Controls mites on almonds, beans (dry), carrots (seed), Christmas trees, conifers, clover (seed), corn,cotton, grapefruit, grapes,
hops, lemons, mint,nectarines,namentals, oranges, peanuts, potatoes, roses, sorghum (grain), sugar beets (seed), and walnuts.
Postharvest use on sweet cherries, and citrus.Nonbearing use on apples, apricots, avocados, cherries, citrus,peaches,pears, plums,
prunes, and strawberries.

Toxicity

Rat): Oral LD50 2800 mg/kg; Inhalation LC50 0.89 mg/l.
(Rabbit): Dermal LD50 >4000 mg/kg.
Severely irritating to eyes skin
Fish: LC50 (96 h) 0.118 mg/l (rainbow trout).
Bird: Oral LD50 >4640 mg/kg (mallard duck) .
Bee: Nontoxic. Contact LD50 (48 h) 15 mg/bee
