Vertical slot filter nozzles, horizontal slot filter nozzles, intermediate plate nozzles, long or extra long stem nozzles with quick fit or standard fitting accessories, which can be used for many different applications. These include Water Treatment Plants (WTP) for producing drinking water; Sewerage Treatment Plants (STP) and other urban and industrial waste water treatment plants. There are also filters and collectors for swimming pools.
When it comes to filter performance of a nozzle underdrain system, it is vital that the nozzle being used is properly designed to meet your filter specifications. With multiple design options such as material, mounting style, flow rate capacity and tailpipes for air scour, we are sure that filter nozzle systems has a filter nozzle that will meet your requirements. Installation Instructions
1 | Filter nozzle covers fix to stainless sheet metal by leading screw |
2 | After filter nozzle is located, concrete flown to the mold |
3 | After concrete hardening protection cover take off from nozzle cover and then that flip over 180 degree |
4 | Leading screw in removed after flipping over, mold is taken off from concrete |
5 | System is made available for installation, nozzles install to nozzle cover(stem) |
6 | Assemble nozzle |
