1.Brief Introduction

 

Our YLGWP120 gold washing plant is composed by the trommel classifier and gold separating system. The trommel or scrubber will break the mud into slurry and then the classifier or screen will separate the sand and gravels. The gravels will be discharged by conveyor belt to the stock place while the sand and slurry will go into instigating sluice box or pulsating sluice box whatever you call it.The trommel calssifier rotates very slowly and is supported by the rubber wheel which makes it not easy to break. What's more, the mesh on the screen will not be that easily stuck by the gravels compared to the flat vibrating screen.
