Dosage of Dabur Vrihat Purnachandra Ras :
1 to 2 Tablets to be taken in the morning and evening with warm milk or as directed by the physician.

 

Dietary Advise of Dabur Vrihat Purnachandra Ras :
Milk, ghee, butter, cream, mishri, almonds, pistachio, dry fruits, ripe and sweet fruit juices.

Avoid :
Irregular diet and sleep habits, Oil, Chillies.
