Product Name: FLO~JIT
Lubricant application machine for cold forming
Through the process of making a film in cold forging, thinking about lots of stocks you will have, the effluent treatment, cutting the large cost, we made a machine which can make a film with just one fluid.
FLO~JIT is a new way of phosphate treatment. It is much more ecological treatment way than the former one.
FLO~JIT is a machine which you can do phosphate treatment automatically in just your own factory.
We have searched and found the optimal application time, density, temperature etc. so that it can work ecologically and automatically.
