Madam Sun was founded in the year 2007 by my family. We are the grower as well as the producer of tropical fruits and tropical fruit products in Malaysia. Malaysia has one of the oldest Tropical Rainforests in the world. This Tropical Rainforests climate and terrain provides some of the best growing conditions for most of the tropical fruits. Tropical fruits have very unique flavors, tastes, nutritious and health promoting qualities. Due to the nutrition and health benefits of tropical fruits, many of them are often called super fruits. We are extremely fortunate to be able to share these wholesome, nutritious and wonderful tropical fruits and tropical fruit products with you.

Being the grower of tropical fruits as well as producer of tropical fruit products, we can manage all the stages of our products from growing the fresh fruits all the way to final products before reaching our consumers. This is the only way we can ensure the safety and quality of our products. In our farms, we only practice sustainable farming methods which do not harm the environment and provide fair wages to our farm workers. In our food processing plant, all products are produced applying good manufacturing practices (GMP) and Hazard Analyses and Critical Control Points HACCP) procedures to ensure the products highest safety and quality.

Product Description

Roselle Puree Drink Concentrate Features, Advantages, Benefits and Food Applications

Features	 This product is made from roselle which is a species of Hibiscus. The roselle flowers       are harvested fresh to produce this product.  This product has great nutrition and great taste in a beautiful bottle.  Since the roselle flower is used, this product is rich in vitamins, minerals, natural       fiber, and antioxidants.
Advantages	 This product is specially formulated to offer an attractive color and appearance to        the foods and beverages.  Since this product contains natural fiber; many healthy refreshing beverages,       sauces, toppings and fillings can be made using this fruit juice concentrate.  Applying this product will be safe since a proper heat treatment has been applied to       inactivate microorganisms of concern.  This product is available all year round and won’t be affected by the seasonality of       fresh fruit.
Benefits	 This product contains a variety of important vitamins and minerals; with good       quantities of phosphorus, calcium, iron, niacin and riboflavin.  The high levels of fiber in this product, which may enhance digestion, speed transit       through the bowels and reduce dietary cholesterol are also beneficial.  The red pigments in this product contain powerful flavanoid antioxidants which, it is      believed, may help to prevent cancer and inflammatory diseases such as arthritis,       diabetes and reduce blood pressure.
