1. How can I get your Price List?
Please send us your detailed requirements incluing tea types, quality, quantity, packages and any other special requirements. We will send you an email about the prices of products that meet your requirements.
2. Are you factory or trading company?
We are factory with more than 30 years tea processing experience.
3. So many tea types, how can I distinguish from them and pick up the target tea product?
a) Please tell us your requirements like pesticide residue standard and your main sales market, we will give you some recommendations.
b) We will also send you free samples for your evalustion and better decision.
4. How can I place an order?
Firstly we discuss product details by email or Alibaba Online. Then we send you some samples. After clients approval of our samples, please send us your order details. We will send you Proforma Invoice. You are also welcome to visit our factory.
5. Can I use my own logo or private label on your products or packages?
Sure, we are pleased to provide customized products and packages. You just need to send us you logo or lable by email.
6. How to confirm the quality with us before start to produce?
a) We can send you free sample before order. And we will produce products according to the approved sample.
b) You can also send us your sample and detailed requirements, then we produce based on that.
7.What is the payment terms? 50% T/T in advance and 50% T/T after we provide the BL copy.
