10-30mm Rubber mulch making system from waste tire
Specially designed to remove wire steel from tire.
Rubber mulch production line include tire shredder--rasper machine. The first step tire shredder is to shred whole tire into rubber chips 50-150mm as request, then suitable size rubber chips will be conveyed to rasper machine to shred into smaller size rubber mulch 10-30mm, the wire steel was be separated in this step. The output rubber mulch is clean.

Motor: Siemens The second step, to shred the rubber blocks from first tire shredder into rubber mulch 10-30mm as request, and the steel of tire will be removed by rasper machine and attracted by magnetic separator.
The output rubber mulch is clean. That can be collect or continue processed into smaller rubber size in next step
