- How long is the lead time?

Generally speaking, lead time is around 30 days. If you order new products, we may deliver the goods to you within 35 days.

- How can I get a sample from you?

After you confirm the sample, we will send you one proforma invoice with product unit price, as well as freight cost. Then you AT LEAST need to pay for the courier, and we will send the sample to you for free by express.

- How to install the products?

We have different installation instruction for different models. After you get sample from us, you can refer to the instruction.

- What is your payment terms?

At the beginning of cooperation, we accept two kinds of following payment terms.

A. T/T 30% deposit before delivery, 70% balance against BL copy.

B. Letter of Credit at sight
