Step 1:

Stun the pig before killing.

We recommend Automatic head and heart electric stunnning machine, which has the following advantages:

1.The machine integrates spraying,conveying and electric stunning.

2.It avoids of bone broken, blood spot.

3.With high productivity.

4.Specially suitable for the large and medium slaughterhouse. 

Step 2:

After be pricked and killed,the pig is hoisted onto the bleeding auto-

conveying line.The bleeding time is not less than 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Then scald and remove hair of the pig.

Our spiral debristling machine has the following features:

1.The inner of the machine consist of "U"type board to avoid hurting and breaking the body.

2.It allows different sizes of pig enter into it because of its wide space.

3.The process can be controlled by mechanical systems.

4.The roller is leaded by the reduced speed machines,which can shave the skin fast.

Step 4:

Then go to singeing, cleaning and polishing.

This unit consists of drier,singeing oven,abrasive sinishing machine and conveyor with the following functions:

•  Singeing oven may burn out fluff on the carcass and sterilizate pig skin.


•  Carcass cleaning machine is used to wash the carcass.


•  Polishing machine can remove moisture and fluff.

Step 5: 

Opening brisket >> Evicerate(offals out)  >> Synchronous inspection to ensure meat health before delivery.

Splitting >> Deboning and cutting >> Package
