Brief introduction

ZMP-1000 full automatic metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine adopts stainless steel machine shell and automatic filling advice. The stainless steel shell not only endows the machine beautiful appearance, but also enhances the practical usage and using life. The machine adopts LCD screen. The time of grinding and polishing is counted by digits countdown, and the time can be preset freely in the range of 0 to 99minutes and 59 seconds as your need. Rotation of working disk also can be preset freely in the range of 0 to 1500rpm as your need. During cutting, working disk is driven to rotate by adjustable speed motor, now the specimen holding disk falls to the preset height, then apply and hold perfect load and relief load piecewise to press the specimen holding disk onto the working disk, so as enable to grind off the machining trace and getting rid of the deformation layer quickly, after the preset time is elapsed to zero, the working disk will stop and specimen holding disk will be raised automatically, hereby, unattended operation is achieved. The machine can be set and stored working parameters (speed, height and time) on-site based on needing of different metal materials, and also can invoke the preset optimizing working parameters from memorizer, so the machine is of high inteligentizing.
