Description

Application:

This machine applies to transfer of point powder of various hot melt adhesive (such as HDPE,LDPE,PA,PES,EVA,EVAL), produce all kinds of interlining on shoes, fabric and nonwoven clothing adhesive interlining etc.

Characteristics:

1.This machine consists of fabric tension frame, width opening side locating, point powder head, net drying house, flattening and cooling and rolling, operator, air compressor and cleaner etc.

2. It adopts width opening fabric input structure, which highly improve the product quality.

3. Heating roller adopts inside hot oil roller by electricity, the difference in temperature is less than ±3°C, so that the stability of point powder transfering of powder quantity.

3. Bunker and cutting tool line uses cooling water cycle.

4. Net convey drying house improve the product flexibility.

5. Stable reeving device makes the operation easy.

6. Temperature control adopts intelligent device to control automacically, main device adjusts speed by reducer
