80L integrated non-pressure solar water heater is mainly composed of three parts.

 

Solar vacuum tube (SFVA5818)

Solar vacuum tube by AL/N/AL coating efficiently absorbs solar energy and converts it into usable heat, adopting the vacuum technique between the double-layer glass, which can effectively prevent the loss of heat.

 

 

Solar heat storage water tank

The solar water tank barrel adopts food grade stainless steel SUSU304 material, good corrosion resistance, safe, non-toxic and no pollution. To protect the family with water safety and good health.

Solar water tank with automatic argon arc welding and argon double protection can effectively prevent the surface oxidation. Strict measures that control welding process can better protect SUS304 crystal structure not being destroyed. The service life of the barrel is more than 15 years.

Controller

The main function of controller is to show water temperature and water level inside the tank and at the same time, they control electromagnetic valve and realize to add water into tank intelligently.

 

 

Magnesium rod

Magnesium’s chemical properties is more lively and it has priority and corrosive substances chemical reaction so it can be effective corrosive substances in the barrel of the corrosion, to extend the life of the tank. Especially in high hardness water areas, we should often replace the magnesium rod.

 

Electric heater

Electric heating as a standby heating method, it works to heat water in rainy days or in case that hot water is not enough.
