1 .Upper pull-out wire rack is used to feed the wire material.
2. Sheller is used to clean the rust on the surface of wires.
3. Head pointing machine is used to make the wire sharp, easy to insert into the drawing machine.
4. Butt welding machine: When nearly finish one coil, you can use this machine to connect another wire coil.
5. Wire discharging machine is used to discharge the finished wire coils.
6. Trunk take up machine is used to coil the finished wire directly by high speed.
7. Drawing mould is used to reduce the wire diameter.
8. Ribbed wheel is used to make rib on wire surface.

Electric furnace is used to anneal the wire. So the wire is not easy to break and can be redrawn into smaller diameter. Each furnace is equipped with three annealing blocks for cycling use. This machine adopts the intelligent separate temperature control, silicon controlled, the precision is very high.
