Compound base is mainly used as substrates for waterproof bitumen membrane production. It is characterized by excellent dimensional stability, high tensile strength, and cheapness compared with polyester mat as such other carrier.  

 

• an ideal substrate material for asphalt roofing felts.
• act as the lining for roof insulation layers to protect polymer foam insulation from the damaging effect caused by chemical solvents in bitumen so as to prolong the lifetime of heat insulation layer.

Remark: The export package for compound base is small roll size, in which way we can load more in one container and lower the unit sea freight for each square meter. But if you want big roll size, we can also produce.
