Vacuum Crystallization

Vacuum evaporation crystallization is different from the batch type crystallization.

Discontinuous crystallizer is atmospheric.But the Vacuum evaporating crystallizer and Vacuum flash evaporating crytallizer are operated under the vacuum condition.

Two types of continuous crystallization: vacuum evaporative crystallization and vacuum cooling crystallization.

The vacuum evaporative crystallization is crystallizing along with evaporating under same pressure and temperature. So the equipment has heater and evaporative crystallizer.

The vacuum cooling crystallization,Vacuum evaporative crystallization, send out a part of heat by flashing (turn the heat into steam, and send out ). So the equipment has only a flash crystallizer but no heaters. And the flash crystallizer is devided into flash zone, crystal nucleus growing zone, depression zone, mother liquor separating zone, central circulating tubes zone.
