Plastic pyrolysis involves subjecting plastic to high temperature of 400 to 450 degree Celsius, in absence of oxygen. In case of oxygen is present plastic will start burning. During pyrolysis plastic breaks down into smaller molecules of pyrolysis oil, pyrolysis gas and carbon black. Pyrolysis is great a way of recycling waste plastics. This plant can also used for waste tire recycling.

1. Put raw materials into reactor by auto-feeder, then heat the reactor. Do not stop heating the reactor when the temperature reaches nearly 250 degree Celsius, waste tyre will be transferred to oil gas.
2. The oil gas will be cooled by condenser to liquid oil then collected by oil tank.
3. The exhaust gas which can not be cooled to liquid oil will be recycled to heat the reactor. Smoke produced during processing can achieve national emission standard through dual desulfurization and dusting removal device.
4. After oil producing finished , give 3 hours for cooling the reactor,after that carbon black will be discharged automatically.

Output product from the waste pyrolysis plant
From waste tire pyrolysis plant, 4 kinds of products can be obtained: fuel oil, catbon black, steel wire, and incondensable gas. Fuel oil is widely used in industries, such as steel factory, heavy oil generator, cement factory, and boiler heating etc. Carbon black can be made into pellets for making new rubber products. Steel wire could be sold to the recycle station or steel mill for remelting. The incondensable gas is recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor, saving energy.

A. Safety. We treat safety as the first important thing in production.
1) Two devices to avoid backfire in production: oil-water separator and anti-back fire device.
2) Vacuum device makes reactor working under ordinary pressure or negative pressure.
3) Temperature monitoring device to avoid excessive working temperature.
4) Pressure gage to monitor the pressure. If it goes above a certain level, the bell will alarm and the safety valve will release the pressure automatically.
5) Carbon black is discharged in a closed situation to avoid catching fire.
B. Environmental protection
1) The flue gas (caused by burning fuel to heat the reactor) will be purified and cooled by dust removal device, then can be released into air through chimney.
2) The procedure to remove carbon black is working under closed situation to avoid pollution.
C. High oil yield
1. We have 3 steps for cooling system: one condenser pipe, two large horizontal condensers and two vertical condensers. The oil gas pass through 3 steps cooling system in sequence. The total cooling area is 65 square meter.
2. When the oil gas pass through the condensers, it’s divided into several portions by small pipes inside condenser and be cooled separately.

we use one 40'FR container to load the reactor, and use the 40'HQ containers to load the cooling device, dedust device and some small parts. The reacor is about 9200m *33400mm*31700mm. It is doable to take 40FR. It is over width and over height. And Our integrity cooling device is designed to meet 40HQ size and it is easy to ship and move the site place.
