1. Reactor made of Q245R boiler steel plate, 16mm/18mm thickness. 2. Integrated design condensing system and de-dusting device shorten the installation time and the welding quality can be ensured. besides , it is easy for transportation. 3. Pyrolysis oil can be used for heating the reactor , one set machine need 3-4 oil burners. 4 we have different grades de-dusting devices to meet different countries emission standard. 5. A serious of safety devices to ensure the machine working smoothly. 6. Tail gas (can not be turned into liquid oil but combustible oil gas ) are go back to the furnace for second burning as heating fuel to heat the reactor , thus to prevent pollution.

NO. 1 bottle is pyrolysis oil . NO. 2 is distillation oil. NO 3. is diesel oil after removal color and smell.
There are three steps if you want to get diesel from waste tires or plastic. The first step is using the tyre/plastic pyrolysis machine , convert the waste raw material to heavy fuel oil , there is no need catalyst in this pyrolysis process. The second step is using the waste oil distillation machine , further convert the tyre plastic pyrolysis oil to distillation oil. The third step is using Huayin matched color and smelling removal system to get clean diesel oil with Yellow color . Here some catalyst is needed in this process. we can provide you good quality catalyst and you don't need to buy from other supplier.

Packing and delivery
The whole set machines of tyres/ plastic recycling will need one 40'FR and 2 or 3 pieces of 40'HQ . the reactor will need one 40'FR as it is over height and width. the other parts of the machine will need shipped by 40'HQ. Huayin will choose the most safety way to transport each set machine.
