ASTM A532 White Iron Wear Resistant Wear Liner Plate for Bucket 

 

Laminated White Iron wear plates  are exceptionally resistant to both impact and abrasion by combining  very high wear resistant qualities of  a high chrome cast iron(ASTM A532 15/3CrMo, 63HRC/700BHN) and a weldable & high impact toughness mild steel through a metallurgical bond.

 

Also, we could produce according to your drawings and specifications.

 

They are easy to use and install. They can be bent, cut and formed to suit different surfaces.

 

>Mechanical property:

1)  Hardness: 63HRC/700BHN

2) Shearing strength: 250Mpa Min.
