Application:

This machine is used for desizing,scouring and bleaching the fabric of cotton,hemp and their blends.

 

Process flow:

 

Feeding & drawing out device(infrared centring) → MH502 steeping tank + HFM512 two-roller padder → MH983 double-layer composite steam box → middle feeding frame(infrared centring) →(MH915 steamer and washer + HFM512 two-roller padder)×4 groups →MH915 steamer and washer + HFM513 three-roller padder →MH616 drying cylinder drying machine(3 rows×10 pcs) →  swinging drawing out.
