    PVC Hose Pipe Making Machine     

 

Application

The maximum pipe diameter this line can produce is 160mm. This production line can be equipped with SJZ series conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder. The haul off machine has two-way, three-way,four-way, six-way type. The cutting machine has blade saw cutting and planetary cutting method. We also supply all kinds of PVC moulds.

  Material of barrel and screw: 38 CrMoAIA, treated by nitrogen

 Depth of nitrogen: 0.5-0.7mm

 nrittle of nitrogen: ≤one grade

 Coarse degree at surface:Ra0.4

 Screw linear-speed:0.015mm

 Reducer box/distributor: hard gear-surface

 Heater: cast-aluminum heater(cooled by fans)

 Temperature range:60-300°C
