Product Description
Enable slow shutter speeds to be used, especially with high speed ISO, to record movement in subjects such as waterfalls, clouds, or cars;
Decrease depth of field by allowing wider apertures to be used, which helps separate subjects from their background;
Decrease the effective ISO of high speed film (above ISO 400) and allow it to be used outdoors in bright situation;
Allow cine and video cameras (which have fixed shutter speeds) to film subjects such as snow, sand or other bright scenes which could cause overexposure.
Key features:
NDX is the shortened form of "Adjustable Neutral Density”. The filter consists of two rotatable glass elements. Rotating the front element can ajust the entering light intensity, and hence achieving the adjustable ND effect.
LIMIT (Ultra-Thin Frame Design): The whole filter thickness is only 6.8mm (much slim than similar products in the market), which can minimize the generation of dark corners.
HD: High Definition optical manufacturing technology, effectively prevents light distortion and highly retains image quality.
