Plastic Grid Board Production Line

      This unit is the special equipment for extruding and molding hollow grid board directly.The grid board having the strong point of smooth and clean surfaces,good outlook and pressure resistance.It can be widely used in construction,package and adornment industries.The machine can produce LDPE hollow grid board as well as agricultural and construction transparency warm keeping PP,PE,PC hollow grid board though changing the molding die.

Extruder: The specially designed screw and the advanced controlling system ensure excellent plasticization, high output and stable extruding

 

Screen exchanger: Quick screen changer of hydraulic system ensure the short course of screen changer

 

Mould: Mould adopts high-quality alloy steel and trotting device to guarantee even thickness of the plate

 

Vacuum calibrating Table: Heating exchanging and cooling system of quick speed in calibrating system alternate effectively and ordinals with vacuum system, which ensure calibrating precision

 

Tractor: There are two tractors. The first one is of high power, high reduction ration, muti-droller type, well low-speed operation, and in addition it is equipped with edge-cutting device to ensure the valid with and smooth cut of edges

 

Stress Remover: The advanced large area conductive hating mode can effectively remove the stress of plate and further improve planes of the plate

 

Cutting Machine: Accurate instant length-fixed cutting and automatic up-down discharging system combined with alloy steel sharp blade realize high quality of cutting
