The technology of HTH3400B slipform is advanced PAV-SAVER imported from American Pro-Hoff Company, to build high speed railway and highway, using of this paver can greatly improve paving quality and speed, therefore, it is widely used to construct high speed railway,highway, plaza etc

The paver is full hydraulic slipform, with big power, and the machine travels with two crawlers. The automatic driving and leveling control systems are equipped in this machine. When working, the paver can accomplish paving, scraping, vibrating, tamping, extruding, shaping at one time.

Driving system:

the whole machine is full hydraulic, the engine is connected with transfer and pumps, supplying power for many components as follows:

Traveling devices:

consist of a pump, motors and control system.

Bearing mode:

Control the rotate speed of travel motor by potentiometer and steering sensors, the purpose of steering and automatic steering can be achieved.

Control system:

controlled by centralized controllers, displayed by picture and words; with function of failure diagnose, condition display, alert alarms etc, voltage 24V.
