Machine main Feature
1. Open Mandrel Uncoiler with fabricated steel frame. Main shaft housed in heavy duty roller bearings. Further more, it equip with gantry type support arm device to hold one end of main shaft, enhancing machine have enough loading capacity and long life time.
2. Fully automatic uncoiler, synchronized easily with punching line,can run both directions, forward and reverse with loop sensors control, so the machine also can be used as coiler.
3. Motorized type decoiler machine and equipping with MITBUBISHI inverter, the machine runs smoothly and protected by inverter, having perfect performance.
4. Hydralic expansion device. Mandrel expand & contract was drvien by hydraulic, it was comprised of hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder etc.
5. It equips with disc brake device,enhance the sensitivity ,stop and restart immediately. The speed of coil is controlled by the system, it can adjust the speed according to the outer diameter of the coil matetial.That can lighten the load of the machine.
6.Auto. loading car 10T. It can load can lift coil to mandrel automatically.
OPTIONAL PART
1. Slide block expansion device. When coil weight is more than 8T, it’s better to adopt this expansion method add machine’s expansion capacity and machine’s reliability, use life time etc
2. Hydraulic tailstock arm device.It was used to support one end of the spindle, enhancing the machine have large loading capacity. Driven by hydraulic cylinder, the arm hold one end of the main shaft firmly when coil was loaded on the mandrel.
