Cooling System
Cooling pad are made of imported glue and imported paper which are pressed in an angle of 45 degree and bond together according to the opposite direction of ripples in an angle of 45 or 15 degree.
Cooling system working theory: Water go through the pipe under the pressure of pump and enter the paper, then forms water spray, when the dry and hot air go through the cooling pad under the pressure of fans, the heat in the air left by the cool water in the cooling pad, in this way, reach the cooling purposes.
Feature:
Adopting new material and high tech, good absorbing ability, water and mildew resisting, anti - aging.
Large evaporation area, cooling efficiency can reach 80%.
Active carbon ensure good speed of cooling, one drop water can spread within 4 - 5 seconds, height of absorb: 60 - 70 MM / 5 minutes, 200 MM / 1.5 hours, reach the international standard.
The products don't contain phenol which easy to skin allergy and other chemical substances, when installed non-toxic harmless to human body, safety, energy saving, environment protection and economic applicable.
Strict production as per standard, width of 600 MM cooling pad involves 85 sheets above; raw material adopt imported glue and imported paper ( 100GSM, thickeness: 0.18 - 0.20 MM, tension resistance at 70 N, absorbability height as 45 MM / 10 min , moisture at 5 - 8%, humidity at 18 N ). 24 -25 KGS / CBM.
Variety of frames for choices, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloy.
Variety of colors: dark brown, green, brown & green and single - black.
Cooling pad paper ( reinforced ) specification and with a side black coated ( washable ) as follow:
