Vacuum vibrating quartz stone press machine
This is the heavy press of zhuodi machiney.Through the screw rod,the frame and the base is fixed together,which ensure the stability of the frame and make the vibration to the minimum.Through the 4 guide posts,the base,the out cover and the upper frame are connected together,which effectively ensure the pressing heads only work up & down,without any shaking with other directions.With such machine,the double color & vein color slab will be with very even color and clear lines,high intensity,no "flow color or cvoss color" phenomenon.
1.The machine is consist of pressing host,vibration system,hydraulic system,gas pressure system,automatic control system and belt conveying system.
2.The press host is consist of machine base,vacuum cover,press head,upper column and upper cylinder.
3.The vibrating of pressure head is consist of 6(8) vibrating motors (vvvf) ,3(4) motors in row, and two rows are connected in series.The maximum vibrating force is 420(560) kn, with 6(8) cylinder in the upper which ensure the work of pressure head more stable.Trough the 4 guide posts to ensure the lifting ,top cover ,bottom ensure the pressure head only work up & down ,without any shaking in any other direction to ensure the stablity of the out cut . In this way ,the slab with high intensity.
4.Set up the automatic & manual switch ,easy operation .According to the slab different thickness ,vibrating time can be set Normally the vibrating time is 1 -2 minutes .
