Acrylic polymer building emulsion paint/coating thickener

 WC-TH935

Features:

l  High thickening effect, small dosage, good resistance to dilute (the viscosity changes little after dilution)

l  Textile coating

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% wt (according to the experiment)

 

Technology description:

WC-TH935 is diluted 3-5 times by water, slowly added in pH 8-9 thickening aqueous system and then rapidly stirred it for 10 to 15 minutes. If the viscosity is too large, join the right amount organic silicon flatting agent or wetting agent to adjust viscosity.

Anionic acrylic polymer emulsion

 

Technical data:

l  Appearance: Milky blue emulsion

l  pH (25℃): 3~5

l  Active ingredient: ~30%

l  Viscosity (25℃): 80-120 Cp

 

Package, storage and transportation:

l  Available in 200 kg/ barrel or 25 kg/ barrel

l  Storage period: 12 months in closed containers, shady and dry place
