 Sample is 1 working days, mass production time is 2-5 working days

2. I don’t like your standard colors. Can I choose any color for the housings? YES

3. Do you have any MOQ limit?

If you can accept our neutral packaging, there is no MOQ, any quantity order is accepted; OEM MOQ is 100pcs for trial order. Please let me know your choice.

4. How should we pay if we order from you?

For small amount, you can pay by PayPal. For large amount, you can pay by T/T or western union.

5: What is the packaging?

We provide neutral Gift box packaging; we also can make your own designed OEM packaging

6. Can I have a sample even pre-production before I send you the order?

Yes, we can send you samples for your approval first.

9. Which kind of Customized Logo I can print on my Smart Phone ?

1).Simple Basic color printing

This printing method is available for nearly all of our products which is also the most popular and wildly used printing method, Not suitable for complex logos with a graduated tint or more than 4 different colors.

2). Laser and Engraving printing

This method is available on the material of metal, wood, bamboo, silicone and even plastic now

3). Embossing Printing

This method is available on leather material which seems more elegant.

4).Full color printing

This method is often used when there are gradual colors in the logo

5).Hot Stamp

This method is mostly used on paper gift box or leather case with logo effect of golden and silver color+

10. How about your quality control

Our QC department is composed of 5 QC engineers and 20 QC assistants, with the expanding of our output, more QC staffs are needed. We strictly conduct international quality standards to meet the clients demands.

Incoming materials have to pass strict examination before being accepted, IQC check sampling refers to AQL on whether to accept or not. mobile Smart Phone charger

IPQC checks on the product and manufacturing procedures are conducted.Results are recorded for

future study.

FQC on the final product, referring to CSP standards.Final testing is also conducted.

QA on all items to be shipped, referring to AQL.All procedures are up to ISO 9001:2008 standards.

11. How does your factory making the Quality Check?

1). All raw material and accessories must be checked or tested before entering products facilities all unqualified materials are immediately rejected

2). We provide quality control testing and analysis for each product line

3). Workers manufacture products in accordance with provided technical document The first several products of each day will be checked first by the worker, then by our full time QC inspector. Mass production will began only if the products have been tested and have passed inspection.

4). During mass production, QC will periodically check products to ensure randomized testing.

5). Our QC team completely a tour of inspection and parts are spot checked before they are able to move on to the next phase in production

6). Finished products are checked to determine their quality level

7). Quality feedback from the marketing department is rapaidly and efficiency, delivered to the QC and technical departments, allowing design improvements and corrections to happen as quickly as possible.
