Established at the end of 1980s, Huzhou Gaorui Warp Knitting Industrial Co., Ltd is a joint-equity enterprise set up early in local warp knitting industry. Possessing fixed assets of nearly 30 million Yuan, covering a total land area of over 30mu and having a total output of over 60 million Yuan in 2008, the target sales volume of the company in 2010 is 100 million Yuan. With an annual productivity of 3 million pieces of all types of mosquito nets and nearly 4000 tons of mesh fabric, mosquito netting and warp cloth, our company has integrated production system from raw material to finished products, enjoying the good reputation of “king of mosquito net”.

The company is located in Huzhou—the city at the center of Yangtze River delta, at the south bank of Taihu Lake and a land of fish and rice, with Shen-Su-Zhe-Wan, Shen-Jia-Hu and Hang-Ning Expressway running through it. 500 meters away from Huzhou Hefu Exit of Shen-Jia-Hu Expressway, at the side of Yanhu Road, adjacent to Shanghai in the east, connecting with Hangzhou in the south, and next to Taihu Lake in the north, it has superior environment and convenient traffic condition. 

Gaorui Warp Knitting Factory, the subsidiary of the company, has 16 warp knitting machines. It has 12 warp knitting manufacturers under it, with nearly 60 advanced warp knitting equipments such as KS, 10 sewing factories and nearly 500 sewing equipments. With the maximum productivity reaching 30000 mosquito nets per day and nearly 20 tons of fabric, over 90% of the products are exported. Insecticide treated mosquito net and military mosquito net are the strong points of the enterprise. As the only domestic enterprise winning the bid in 2007 UN Emergency Relief Goods Bid Invitation in China Shanghai, our company is the supplier of insecticide treated mosquito nets for African governments such as Mali, Nigeria, Ghana and Angola, as well as the producer and supplier of military mosquito nets for the governments such as Iraq, Sudan, Australia, Bolivia and Ethiopia for successive many years. Every year, it exports over 3000 tons of 75D and 100D fabrics of insect-proofing mosquito nets to India and Vietnam. Stable quality, obvious price advantage and excellent after-sales service make the enterprise have vigorous development.

Q: You are factory or trade company?

A: We are factory located in Huzhou City,Zhejiang,China. We are almost the biggest mosquito nets factory in China.

Q: What about your factory’s scale?

A: There’re about 400 workers in our factory. We buy polyester yarn, then warping/ knitting/ dyeing /cutting /ssewing /packing and export by ourselves.

Q: How about your produce capacity?

A: For the rectangular net,we can produce no less than 20,000pcs/day. For the conical net,we can produce no less than 8,000pcs/day. We can produce more than 5 tons of fabric every day.
