Introduction:
This model’s railway jack is including 3 railway cars, each car need 4 jacks. Jacking and dropping. The Machine’s frame is made of steel and use welding technical. After welding, it should eliminate the stress of weld and then machining to ensure the accuracy of size and stroke of the rail guide. The up side and the button of the frame also need machining to ensure the accuracy of size and stroke of the plate and location hole. All these technical ensure the frame has high accuracies, therefore, the machine’s performance is stable and usage time should be very long of a rail car requires simultaneous and stable movement, this model can jack 1 to 3 MTR carriages or engineering vehicle.
1,The lifting plant is monitored and controlled via a redundant PLC. It ensures absolutely synchronised motions of all lifting jacks. Within milliseconds the PLC corrects any irregularity . This ensures a safety standard which is unsurpassed by any other system.
