4, Installation
1)Installation requires interception pavement width
According to the customers’s actual width of the selected intersection,traffic spikes intercept width.
Standard size: 2.5m/3m/3.5m/4m/4.5m/5.5m
2)Installation of environmental requirements
A)An intersection of roads need to be installed must have sufficient flatness.
B)Install the horse must be a concrete pouring pavement, (because you want to play on the road expansion bolts)
C)If the road is not the concrete pouring, do local casting, (need to play the position bolts made of cement pavement c25Above grade cement)Junction or gate 3 must be installed in the power supply is available. (220v)
D)road side mounting breaking child transmission of sufficient installed workstation space (control cabinet) 0.7x0.7 meters.
3)Installation
A)Easy to install, just a few bolts marked on it (according to the length of breaking child may be)
B)Do drainage, dust treatment according to geographical situation pavement
C)After installation the spikes must be carried out with the broken tire power train debugging.
Pls note :if didn’t use in long -term, pls deal with mine car stop maintenance and repair. (1) to do waterproofing and moisture work equipment, to avoid equipment failure due to damp; (2) prevent rust phenomenon occurs cylinder and lubricated periodically to prevent rust affect performance; (3)control box for seals and other components need to be checked regularly to see if it is in good condition, to avoid damage by high temperatures and corrosion.
