ZH-1600BFST 4/6 Corner Type Folder Gluer Machine
It is designed for 4/6 corner box, straight linebox ,Crash-lock bottom box, double walls box.

Paperboard and corrugated are both workable in this machine. 

 

 

Feature:

1) The machine is running steady with strengthened driving system, and easy for maintenance.

 

2) The motor is controlled by transducer which are available for automatic timing. It is power saved and helps to work stably.

 

3) An electric adjusting system in the machine makes it more conveniently when adjusting the space of carriers which usually based o te double-face tooth rods adjusting system.

 

4) Grinders are provided in both side of the machine, to help gluing more stably and firm.

 

5) There have two standard gluing system, the top for bottom glue and lower unit for side glue.

Both of units are supply Line glue. Also, equipped with HHS spray gluing system.

 

6) PLC system and touch screen for easy maintenance. Out-put quantitly/speed etc., is able to be set by the system.

 

7) Pressing unit of this machine designed with pneumtic system. Pressing also by a sponge belts in this section to keep out-put in a perfect conditon.

 

8) An special design is available for this machine.
