Multi-function warning bollard is made from sepcial rubber and PE by a special process. It can return to the original position very quickly after being impacted by rolling force. It is widely used between city entrance and pavement or between pavement and construction as a seperator to alert the drivers efficiently. There will be no second hurt for its elasticity, even if the vehicle bumps the reflective flexible cylinder. And the color yellow and red  are very attractive in daylight, and the crstal cover will be shining to catch the drivers' attention at night.
