More usage 

1) Can be used to polish with the tip or the sides of the tools;

2) Ideal for polishing after EDM and wire cut processing;

3) Also ideal for polishing ribs and deburring edges and corners;

4) Can be formed into desired shapes, such as a thinner tips;

5) Can be used more efficiently when attached to tools (electric. air, or ultrasonic).

Steels, special steels, stainless steel, copper aluminium alloy, 

magnetic material, plastics, molds, etc.

1.#180,#250,#280: To remove the rough machining surface or hard EDM scale of tool and steels;

2.#360,#400: General lapping of finer surface scratch line of toll & die steels.

3.#700,#1000,#1200: Fine polishing & finishing;

4. Dia.3.0mm: Can be used as grinding point(Max. Length is within 50mm), 

                      or by sharpening it for detail lapping.
