Raw materials 

Our trailer bodies walls, roof and floor are made of HolyPan(pp honeycomb sandwich panel); floor top will be finished with 2mm thick chequered or corrugated aluminum ; supporting edges are used heavy duty aluminum angle. Swing door will be provided with stainless steel container type locking system. Our trailer bodies are built for strength and durability.

Our company put the high-tech thermoplastic sandwich panel  is called HolyPan®.  It with PP honeycomb core and glass woven reinforced PP sheet on the two sides. Our CKD department use Holypan to make moving storage container.

Holypan can be widely applied in many fields such as the following :

PP honeycomb Sandwich panels are the most important components in the construction of modern commercial truck trailer bodies.HolyPan are made from 2 facings used high-strength GWT flat sheet, and centre core is injected with pp honeycomb core. 25mm thickness of holypan had stand as the best thermal insulation of standard truck bodies for 2-6m length, 30mm or 35mm thickness for more than 6m .
