High Strength PSF production line 

PSF Production line takes PET bottle flake as raw material and produce PET fiber.
Raw Material: PET chips, PET bottle flake, lump, pop corn material, waste textile etc.
Production capacity: 20T/d -100T/d single line

The PSF production line mainly has two types:
1.   Polyester staple fiber (PSF) production line( could produce wool fiber, cotton fiber etc): raw material ( bottle flake, PET chips, pop corn material etc)— melt in high temperature— spinning into fiber— drawing— crimping—heat setting— cutting— solid fiber
2.   polyester staple fiber flexible production line ( could produce both solid fiber and hollow fiber) :
raw material ( bottle flake, PET chips, pop corn material etc)— melt in high temperature— spinning into fiber— drawing—crimping—heat setting— cutting— solid fiber
 raw material ( bottle flake, PET chips, pop corn material etc)— melt in high temperature— spinning into fiber— drawing— crimping—cutting—heat setting —Hollow fiber

The solid fiber can be from 1.5Denier to 15 Denier. The hollow and hollow conjugated fiber can be from 6Denier to 15Denier.
