WDW series single column tensile testing machine is suitable for tensile strength test of non-metal materials, like rubber, plastic film, paper, textile, wire, etc elastomers. Other optional tensile grips/fixtures can execute 90 degree peeling, 180 degree peeling, shearing, bend/flexural, compression, etc test. The machine is calibrated by following international standard ASTM E4, ISO7500-1. They are essential testing instrument for quality testing section, university and college, research institution and industrial and mining enterprise.
2. Main Features
This machine equips alternating servo motor for driving crosshead and imported photoelectric encoder for displacement measure. The long-travel extensometer is used for elongation rate test of specimen. Control software can automatically finger out routine data, such as tensile modulus of elasticity, extend rate after rupture, non-proportional extend strength Rp0.2, etc. It can realize three close loops control and real time display many testing curves of force-displacement, force-time, and stress-strain.
