Ceiling system install

1.Draw line and define the position of suspension acccording to the designing picture and indoor conditions.

 

2.Put the spanker or expended bolt at the suspension point, and all the steel suspender should be fixed with space of 900~1200mm, Installing of steel suspender such as plaster should be fixed by expansion bolt.

 

3.Length of suspender should be defined according to hte requirement and steel welded with screw thread, main suspender should be provided on screw thread steel.

 

4.Main channel should be provided on main suspension parts, with space of 900~1200mm.

 

5.Suspension parts should be provided on main channel with space of 400~600mm(or defined by furring channel position)

 

6.Furring channel should be provided on suspension parts, with space of 400~600mm.

 

7.When installing paper plaster, one side of suspension ceiling should be installed by self tapping screw as rows and left should be fixed at the end.
