ZH-880BFT-H High Speed Paperbox Bottom-lock Type Folder Gluer Machine

It is designed for bottom-lock box, straight line box and double wall box.     

Features:

1)The machine is equiped with Siemens Motor, Schneider Electric/PLC/Inverter, Japanese Nitta Belts, YHY/NSK Bearings, Continental Timing belts etc. The machine is able to running stablely and quickly under the help of those parts

2) The machine speeds up to 300/min. Also smal box like out-put size in 30mm is able to be done after the special design. 

3) It can make 2-fold or 4-fold crash-lock bottom box. In the pre-folding part, the 1st fold fold 180°, the third fold at 135°. In folding and foming part, the 2nd and the 4th fold at 180°. 

4) Pressing unit designed with pneumatic design (Air pressure system which can help the gluing more firmly.Pressing also by a sponge belt in this section to keep out-put in a perfect condition.

5) Paper is feeding by several thick belts under the help of vibration motor. Feeding is more continuous, exact and automatic.

6) Grinders are provided in both side of machien, to make gluing more stable and firm. 

7) PLC systm and touch screen for easy operation. Out-put quantity/speed/counting etc is able to set by this system. Counting is through photo-electric sensor&electromagnet kicking.
