Application:

It is used for rubber mixing, warming, sheeting and plastic mixing, etc.

 

Structure features:

This machine is composed of rolls, bearings, frame, frame cap, transmission device, nip adjuster,

lubrication device, temperature regulator of rollers, emergency stop device and braking device, etc. The transmission is mainly conducted by the main motor, which drives reducer, and then the two coupling make the two rollers run. The speed of rollers is adjustable and can be directly showed on the control panel. Rollers are protected

by a safety shim, and rollers bearings are lubricated with manual-operation/power 

driven through a grease pump.
